Backup and Restore
If the need is there to backup important text messages, you can enable or disable text message backup in Messaging settings. Uploading photos and video are simpler. This is where SkyDrive comes in handy, automatically uploading the content (remember you need a Wi-Fi connection to do this). Follow these steps: When first setting up the phone, sign in using the same Microsoft account you used when creating your backup. When told to restore your phone, tap the backup assistance you seek. Wait for it to download and then tap next. Continue by entering passwords for your restored accounts and then tap next. Tap Skip if you want to enter your passwords later. Fin!

You can just go in your email Inbox, tap on the ellipses (…) and then on ‘settings’. Click ‘Signature’ and insert your customized John Hancock.
