The Goods of Bing Vision
Barcodes can be used for more than just looking up prices. Bing Vision allows you to capture an image using the phone’s camera, which is capable of recognizing text featured in an image and gives you the opportunity to search/ translate it in different languages. On top of that, it serves as a QR code and barcode reader. Simply press the Search button on the phone and tap Vision. From here you’ll scan the QR code by pointing the phone at it. Tapping the code on the results screen brings up the info stored on it: web address, message, contact info, email address, phone number, etc.
