Are we insane for stating the director might actually re-re-define the sci-fi genre with Prometheus? Most would say so, but judgement shouldn’t be past until the final reviews are in. Either way, Scott’s return to the space fiction realm has been long overdue, as many diehard Alien fans would imply. Now with a larger budget, better CGI technology, and an amazing list of actors under his helm, we should only expect nothing short of a modern day classic. After all, we are talking about the same man responsible for Blade Runner and Gladiator.

Yes, even more intriguing than The Dark Knight Rises batch. From creating an actual company site for Weyland Industries to the introduction of its Android-based humanoid played by Michael Fassbender, the producers have done a stupendous job of entertaining the promotional propaganda trail and getting viewers to invest their time into learning more about the mega-tech corporation.
