The Last Guardian is Still Alive, But Not A Priority for Sony

Many of you might recall The Last Guardian—the action-adventure title developed by Team ICO (Shadow of the Colossus) for the PS3 that was cancelled. Well, looks like the game might actually still be in the works. Sony finally opened up about the title stating it was put on the shelf to work on other titles such as Puppeteer and Knack. Fumito Ueda from the SCE Japan Studio team had this to say: “However, SCE Japan Studio, who’s working on The Last Guardian, also has titles like Puppeteer and Knack, and those are only the ones currently announced. Those are taking priority now.” Let’s hope we can get The Last Guardian on the PlayStation 4 sometime next year.
