Sounds like the German automaker is reviving its classic 961 sports car by introducing a 2013 rendition as a “cutting-edge supercar.” At least, that’s what experts are saying. While specs are uncertain for the moment, auto enthusiasts have the 2013 Porsche 961 sporting the same 3.4L V8 engine as the RS Spyder: delivering 600bhp, an acceleration rate of 0-60 in 3 seconds, and 220mph top speed. The exterior should don lightweight carbon fibre and aluminum body, too. Again, the auto rumor mill is going ape sh*t over this one, so keep in mind that nothing is set in stone.
