Like every year, the MTV Movie Awards reserves time to showcase never-before-seen footage for some of the biggest blockbusters due out over the summer. And for everyone who managed to endure the pop-culture orgy, you saw one preview that was actually worth watching the show for, X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Fox issued the network a special sneak peak of the “opening battle” in the film, which features Shawdowcat, Iceman, Warpath, Blink, Bishop, and Sunspot fighting off Sentinels. The future looks pretty intense from what was shown. Watch the clip below. X-Men: Days of Future Past hits theaters on May 23rd.
