Halo: Spartan Warrior Review

In Conclusion…

The team over at 343 Industries did an amazing job on Halo: Spartan Assault. For a mobile game, the title definitely gives gamers the full Halo experience—no corners cut and clearly not watered down, which we anticipated from the git-go. Graphics look amazing and are rendered beautifully, especially on the Lumia 928’s vibrant 4.5-inch AMOLED panel.

Now, the controls take some time to get adjusted to, but once past the learning curve, you truly break free from the stigma of playing on a portable device instead of an Xbox 360. Being able to earn experience points (XP) and all new Achievements, along with unlocking emblems for your Halo 4 Spartan career is an added bonus. I finished the game in 6 hours, pretty much the standard time of most console games. Fans of the Halo franchise will find pleasure in the game’s great storyline and gameplay features. One can only expect future installments of the Spartan Warrior series to be just as good, if not, even better.
