So is Thieves in Time worth the purchase? Sure. Just note the game does have its strengths (gameplay) and weaknesses (difficulty). So even though it’s not particularly challenging for the most part, the quality of the game is what counts. The story is entertaining and has its fair share of hilarious moments. The old school feel and long loading times make it feel more like an early PS3 game. However, if you loved Sly 3, then you’re bound to fall for the fourth entry. Plus the incredible add-on value of cross-play functionality with the Vita sweetens the purchase.
