The Season Pass (available as of launch) offers Flashpoint Costumes for characters such as Wonder Woman, Deathstroke, and Aquaman. There’s also the inclusion of four unknown characters set for download as well. That’s not all. You can play as Green Lantern from the “New 52” comic series, a bonus earned by beating one bonus battle in the iOS version of the game. Sorry Android fanboys. And lord only knows what NetherRealm has scheduled heading into the next several months.

Control Scheme

Since its development, Injustice has been plagued with complaints over the controls, which bears a similar format to Mortal Kombat. That being the case, gamers who are used to playing other fighting titles like Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will find this title much harder to adjust to. While UMVC3 is more fast paced and allows for easier combo chains, Injustice carries a much slower pace and requires more strategy. NetherRealm’s did however fix one of the biggest issues from its previous franchise, that being the Block button, now omitted from this specific game. Get used to it. Our recommendation: get as much practice in as possible via Practice Mode to learn the move sets.
