For those carrying Android KitKat devices, you’re all probably toying with the new camera upgrades featured in the latest software update. We’re actually doing the same thing. However, there looks to be a few other awesome features being introduced for Google Hangouts, the main one being SMS importing. According to AndroidWorld.it, here’s what users can expect from the latest Android 4.4.2 update:
– Added an option to import SMS
– Ability to disable the feature that makes a MMS text message sent to multiple people
– Ability to configure the APN on some devices
There looks to be other enhancements made as well to the SMS management. Though it’s worth noting the tech site believes the update will not be available for all Android users. But you can download the upgrade at your own discretion here.
