With the huge success of its media-streaming HDMI dongle, Chromecast, Google looks to continue its rollout of living room entertainment devices with rumors swirling of the Internet giant releasing its own set-top box in 2014. The Information reports Google looks to launch an Android-powered streaming box called “Nexus TV,” which will feature a camera to support Hangouts functionality and a possible touchpad remote. Word is the company showed the device to developers this fall. No pricing or release information has been divulged, but we’re sure to hear more heading into CES 2014.
