Anyone can be offered one just by exploring the city. Upon accepting a contract, you’ll be thrown into another player’s game. This isn’t an open invitation to sneak attack someone, as they’ll be notified, leading to a manhunt with you as the primary target. The mini map will play against a player too, as it locks down their movement and location, therefore creating an even bigger challenge as the enemy will resemble a random person.
