The Minions

Release date: July 10, 2015
The Despicable Me spinoff will serve as a prequel that showcases the evolution of the adorable minions. Universal revealed some footage involving yellow single-cell organisms in the ocean that evolve into the lovable characters during the prehistoric era. The story is set to have the group follow a number of villainous creatures throughout history as they finally encounter their infamous leader, Gru (Steve Carrell). Should make for another hilarious entry in the franchise.

Jurrasic World

Jurassic World

Release date: Summer 2015
After a decade of being stuck in development purgatory, Universal is moving forward with the fourth Jurassic Park film, showing a teaser at the show filled with tons of CGI and voiceovers. No real footage though. IGN did however share a detailed description of the clip:

“The studio showed a very basic CG-animated title teaser for Jurassic World that was simply a camera moving through the jungle with words over the screen as soundbites of John Hammond’s dialogue from the earlier Jurassic Park movies is played. The teaser was just meant for the exhibition execs in attendance to let them know the movie is coming out summer 2015.”

With a number of series regulars set to return and a promising cast of newbies from Chris Pratt to Bryce Dallas Howard, Jurassic World has the potential to become a blockbuster smash and open the gates for a new trilogy.
