Iron Man 2 hasn’t even been completed and now plans of expanding on Scarlett Johansson’s role as the Black Widow for the planned Avengers movie are in the works. After leaking some info with Ireland Online, Ryan Reynolds wifey isn’t sure what direction the femme fatale will venture into, but she’s pretty sure she’ll be a major factor in the film.
“We see that she does in the comics and certainly she is a big part of The Avengers…I don’t know if that is where it’s going to go but she is definitely a big part of The Avengers.”
The Avengers is still scheduled for a May 4, 2012 U.S. release with Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle and Samuel L. Jackson attached to the project.
