At the premier for the new slapstick comedy “Dinner for Schmucks,” “Star Trek” actor Bruce Greenwood caught up with Hollywood.com and mentioned that principal photography for “Star Trek 2” will begin this January. With no other details to spill, Greenwood was asked about his character, Christopher Pike, returning for the sequel, which he replied, “I hope, I hope…I’m hustling for it…we’ll see.” Where’s JJ Abrams when you need him.
