Formally known as the 918 Spyder, this speedster squeezes out 78 miles per gallon, with a capacity up to 16 miles on electric charge alone, and has the ability to go from 0-60 in a mere 3.2 seconds. The 918 Spyder is powered by both a 500 hp V-8 engine and for each axle a pair of electric motors follow, allowing an additional 218 hp. Let’s not forget that the hybrid electric plug-in is just a concept car, but that thought might just be temporary.
