In Conclusion…
Even though Team Ninja’s seemed to integrate a small number of changes—that being less gore, weapons, and enemies—the game still keeps intact the core mechanics that we have come to love from the series such as insane combos and ridiculous boss battles. Plus the fact that it has such a “Rage Quit” factor to it only adds onto the title’s replay value. And considering the lack of titles on the portable system, it’s well worth the investment to pick up Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus.
