Lucious Fox Certain of Nolan's Return

Morgan Freeman is confident that Nolan will return to direct the third installment in the revamped Batman franchise. Surely that’s enough. Right?

“I know—I just know—that Chris is working on number three,” Morgan Freeman told MTV News. “He couldn’t possibly not be.” The validity of Morgan’s claims are just gut-feelings. “I’m not waiting by the phone,” he said. “I don’t know anything at all about it. ‘Batman’ is completely out of my mind.”

“What I don’t know is how that story is going to play out—where it’s going to be and who’s going to be in it,” Morgan continues. “There’s a good chance he would incorporate Lucius Fox and Alfred.”

And if Morgan is taking it in stride then I guess we can all breath easy.

And whom might Nolan and his team choose as the antagonizing villain? Freeman put in a vote for a certain female villain:

“I want to see Catwoman… I have [a casting] idea, but it’s just an idea and I’m going to keep it to myself.”

Honestly I rather see the oft-mentioned Riddler. His riddles would seem very similar to Joker’s moral puzzles from ‘Dark Knight”, however I would enjoy seeing Nolan contracting the two and setting a whole alternate façade for him. The riddles would engage the plot more, thriving it upon his every turn of events and ensure the Riddler an alternate spot beside Joker.
