2014 Lamborghini Gallardo

The Italian luxury supercar maker has celebrated its 50-year anniversary in grand fashion this year. Sounds like the celebration will continue into the New Year, as sources close to the company plan on pulling the wraps off a new concept vehicle at the Frankfurt Motor Show, which is set to replace the Lamborghini Gallardo. The codenamed “LP724” will sport an aluminum space frame and lightweight carbon fibber body kit, along with a new interior design. Power-wise, it will feature an upgraded 5.2-litre petrol V10 engine that generates 600bhp. Four-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive configurations are also being rumored. Guess we’ll have to wait till September to get a good look at the speedster.
