So Kick-Ass actress Chloe Grace Moretz AKA Hit Girl has been showcasing her fascination with the Star Wars series via Instagram and Twitter. Her recent posts have led industry experts to believe she might be up for a role in the upcoming Star Wars VII film. Rumors have surfaced of Mortez being called in to audition for not one, but TWO roles. Though nothing’s been confirmed as of yet.
Latino Review reporter Fernando Esquivel recently spoke with the actress during a recent Carrie press junket, asking if the rumors were true. Moretz’s response: “No, no rumors I don’t know how they get started. But it would be great to be a part of it. I don’t think Disney doesn’t know what’s really going to happen. I don’t even think they cast the principle roles yet.” Star Wars: Episode VII hits theaters late 2015.
