Nothing stops Hollywood from strategizing a trilogy for a blockbuster film; especially when it comes to Marvel adaptations. MTV caught up with War Machine co-creator Bob Layton as he shares some insight on the possible storyline for the third film.
“I think they’ve come up with a terrific segue to the third film, which I think is going to be fairly powerful…My understanding is that the third film could very well be the ‘Demon in a Bottle’ story mixed in there with everything and I’m kind of looking forward to that, if that’s where they wind up going.”
For those clueless of the ‘Demon in the Bottle’ epic, it’s an Iron Man nine-issue storyline following Tony Stark as he battle an alcohol addiction, searching for answers to save his company and reputation from Justin Hammer. This give us an even bigger incentive to catch the opening midnight showing of IM2.
