First names like Ryan Gosling and James Franco were being mentioned to take over the famous Tom Clancey character, Jake Ryan. Recently a source told the Daily Beast Danny Ocean himself, George Clooney, is looking to get into some espionage. Though Paramount Pictures has no intentions of reviving the character, Clooney is considering taking on the same role Alec Baldwin and Harrison Ford made famous throughout the 90’s. Rumor has it the 48-year old actor is looking to boost his box-office credibility, considering his latest blunders (Leatherheads and The Good German). If not Ryan, I smell Sam Fisher.
