An eco-friendly vehicle with luxurious grace and style, Citroën’s Metropolis is actually a concept plug-in hybrid-limousine that produces low CO2 emissions and runs on a V6 petrol engine (2-L 70g/km) and electric motor (70kW). It also features 7-speed dual-clutch electronic gearbox and rams a good 272bhp (200kW) and 375Nm of torque, with a max power of 460bhp (345kW). Design-wise, the Metropolis bears a twin chrome strip near the top of it’s grille, plus features an active rear spoiler and sleek “Pearl Silk” frame that changes colors under different lighting. The Metropolis will be present at this year’s Shanghai World Fair, from May 1 to October.
