The Green Movement has been a part of Casio’s repertoire for quite some time. Now the company unveils the latest addition to their Pathfinder collection: the PRG110C-3. The solar-powered watch features a small solar panel on the face of the watch and eats sunlight to generate power for it’s rechargeable battery. Casio includes it’s Tough Solar technology, which allows the watch to generate power on stormy days or through fluorescent lighting. According to Casio, the company hopes to eliminate watch battery pollution, which is responsible for landfill waste and other environmental contamination.

Owners can gain a full charge in a matter of 5 minutes. Other features include a digital compass, altimeter, barometer, thermometer and world time for over 30 cities. In addition, the watch is low temperature resistant and 100-meters waterproof. Brandished in recycled packaging, the PRG110C-3 is available exclusively at Amazon.com.
