For the sake of sounding clichéd, don’t we all wish we could wake up in this new Bugatti? The luxury automaker has unveiled the fifth model of its Legends Series with the introduction of the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Black Bess, which is ironically the first in the series not inspired by a Bugatti legend, but the original Type 18 Black Bess created from 1912 to 1914.

This version of classic speedster comes equipped with an 8.0-liter, quad-turbocharged W16 engine that delivers 1,200 hp and 1,500 Nm of torque between 3,000 and 5,000 rpm. It’s also set to spring past 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 408.84 km/h.

The exterior is what really sets this model apart from its siblings, as the Black Bess flaunts a complete carbon fiber body splattered in black like the original Type 18, along with 24-carat gold accents. You can even spot it on the gorgeous horseshoe grille. Can’t forget the gloss black wheels and bright red brake calipers.
