BMW has just released the first official pictures of the 2-Series Active Tourer with M Sport package. The new model sports a more aggressive look and is distinguished by its aerodynamic body kit, glossy black grille, sport-tuned suspension, and 14 or 18-inch ally wheels. That’s some nice design specs to work with.
The interior also receives sporty styling, adding a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel, upholstered sports seats, M-branded doorsill plates, and anthracite roof liner. The automaker plans on launching the vehicle with three different engine models:
– 1.5-liter three-cylinder petrol with 136 HP and 220 Nm of torque
– 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol with 231 HP and 350 Nm of torque
– 2.0-liter three-cylinder diesel with 150 HP and 350 Nm of torque
Availability and pricing has yet to be divulged.
