Mario Maker Lets Us Create Super Mario Bros. Levels
Rather than introduce a new Mario game, Nintendo envisions you making it with the help of Mario Maker. As expected, the level-designing simulator provides users a way to create new levels for the Mario universe. The demo shown at E3 demonstrates how players can literally create and play these environments, while sharing them amongst millions of other vastly creative designers across the globe. One of the coolest features presented is the ability to change the ‘skin’ of the game at the press of a button. Whether you want the SNES-style Mario games or the new 3D-inspired titles, you can make any level look anyway you want. This could make for a more open Nintendo community in the coming future.
