From the masterminds behind Mega Man, Mighty No. 9 is a classic Japanese side-scrolling game that screams retro-platformer action. Originally created due to the team’s disdain for the negligence of Capcom, the game has grown into one of the most popular fan-supported titles of the past decade. Earning its goal under Kickstarter in only 2 days, Mighty No. 9 has only grown in scope to accommodate those who would love to see it surface on any gaming device. With the classic Mega Man 2D side-scrolling motions, the dev team wanted to add beautiful 3D backgrounds and an interesting story to keep the genre afloat. Mighty No. 9 will release sometime in early 2015 and be released on 10 different platforms including Xbox One and PS4.
