A New Genre of Gaming
Destiny is not just a FPS… it’s not just a RPG… it’s one of the first totally organic, seamless multiplayer games ever made. With people coming in and out of your game sessions as they please, Destiny has created a new type of open-world title that we have never seen before. Many people who played the alpha noticed a bit of lag when people joined in, but never once saw a loading screen for either party. While we don’t know exactly how this will play out with hundreds of thousands of people playing simultaneously, we can say Bungie will refine the gaming experience and launch a one of a kind title this holiday season.
