Porche’s upcoming 991-series speedster is set to hit showrooms in mid-late 2014, though details on the next-gen vehicle have been confidential. Automobile Magazine looks to have the latest scoop on the 2015 Porsche 911 GT3 RS regarding its body kit and possible performance specs. We could see the RS upgraded with an extra-wide body that adds 1.1 inches of girth to the original weight found on the 911 GT3. A carbon fiber frame and simple cabin will lighten the car’s chassis as well. Performance-wise, the RS could feature Porsche’s new four-wheel steering system, shorter final drive ratio, enhanced aerodynamics, and tighter suspension. We can work with that.
