Ferrari F150
The sports car giant looks to blow by the competition this year with its rumored 950hp-powered hypercar. How would the F150 possibly accomplish this? Consider 800hp being pumped from its V12 and the additional 150hp being revved up from two electronic motors—one apparently stuffed inside the double-clutch gearbox. Speeds look to be about 0 to 60 in three seconds and 0 to 125 in 7.2 seconds. That’s pretty frightening, but not as much as the rumored price tag of $1.4 million.
Lamborghini V12 GT Concept
That’s not a typo. The supercar king looks to present a V12 GT prototype at this year’s show to both celebrate its 50th anniversary and compete against Ferrari’s new toys. Most intriguing about the vehicle is the placement of the engine, which will be featured at the front and remains the only major aesthetic change to the model. Those looking to pass on the F150 might want to consider this, if the coin is there.
