5. Half-Life 3 and Left for Dead 3 Confirmed by Ex-Valve Employee
An announcement that’s been a decade in the making, sorta. Sequels for Valve’s two biggest franchises have been confirmed to be in development, by none other than Counter-Strike creator, Le Minh. There were rumors of Left 4 Dead 3 appearing at this year’s E3, but along with other letdowns, that didn’t happen. However, this confirmation of development for the horror FPS follow-up and Half-Life 3 could lead to a dramatic shift in the gaming industry depending on what platforms both titles are released on. So whether or not these sequels ever see the light of day, one thing is for sure, each title is at least getting the work over.
