Mad Max is making a huge comeback this decade. It has been almost 30 years since George Miller gave audiences the third installment of his post-apocalyptic action franchise starring Mel Gibson. Now iconic anti-hero takes on protection detail in a world at war over water in Mad Max: Fury Road. Tom Hardy now steps into the role of the title character, Max Rockatansky, an ex-cop mourning the loss of his wife and son trying to keep his sanity in a world gone mad. But Max happens to be held in captivity in this new sequel. Fury Road sees Max protecting a mysterious group of women called the Five Wives, from wicked forces. Joining Hardy is Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult and Rosie Huntington-Whitely. Thanks to San Diego Comic-Con 2014, Warner Bros. just released the new trailer showcasing high-octane action, dazzling visuals and a promise to stay true to the original trilogy. Enjoy it above!
