UFC President Dana White Blasts EA

With EA prepping a mixed martial arts game, UFC capo Dana White sets a couple of things straight and lets the sports giant know what he really thinks of them. White talks about how back in the days EA passed on working with UFC telling the million dollar baby, “You’re not a real sport. We wouldn’t touch this thing. We want nothing to do with this”

Now considered one of the most watched programs on television, UFC is literally giving professional boxing a run for its money. With the violent sport breaking new boundaries, White goes on a verbal tirade similar to the one Brock Lesnar had over the weekend:

“We go out there [THQ] and do this thing, and it’s successful, and now [expletive] EA Sports wants to do a video game. Really? That’s not what you told us a year-and-a-half ago…I’m telling you straight-up, I’m at war with [EA] right now. That’s how I look at it…EA doesn’t give a [expletive] about mixed martial arts. They made that very clear.”

You think that’s a little gangster. How about the warning he sent to his UFC fighters about appearing in EA’s new game.

“You won’t be in the UFC.”

White is strong arming his own sport!
