Two teenagers become infected with a virus by red butterflies called Pupa. The virus turns the sister Yume into an insatiable monster feasting on any life form nearby, whereas the brother Utsutsu is granted regenerative powers. To suppress the disease in his sister and have her revert back to human form, he must take a medicine and allow his sister to feast on him until finding a permanent cure.
