Designer Zeki Ozek feels the new iPhone 5 should a be shorter, yet wider device with better multi-touch functionality. Enter the “chubby” iPhone 5. Ozek’s concept was created to provide the ability to use swiping gestures with your finger on the back end of the device, (ex. scrolling through pages), plus it comes NFC-enabled, allowing users to make purchases and payments via App Store. If you’ll notice from the other shots, you can also play games using the volume buttons. Weird. The fattie-inspired design isn’t as sleek or sexy as previous prototypes, but its spec sheet is dope.
