So Sega has no initial plans of developing Shemnue III, but yet they tease us by having series protagonist Ryo Hazuki make a cameo appearance in their new Mario Kart rip-off, Sega All-Stars Racing. Ok, no Toe Jam & Earl, Vectorman or Crazy Taxi’s B.D. Joe? What game are they making again?
