Earlier this week, Samsung was seen poking fun at Apple for stealing its swag. But Apple’s got some shots to fire as well. While Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 might not be easily bendable, it still has some production flaws of its own.

Recent reports have snubbed the new Note 4, pointing to a screen gap that’s wide enough to hold a playing card. The gap not only looks bad, but it also raises concerns about dust and water entering the device.

Still, Samsung stands by the Note 4, stating that the gap is “a necessary manufacturing feature.” The company explains that, “some minor rocking or vibration of parts may occur.”

Will this ‘feature’ hurt sales? We’ll have to wait for its mid-October US release date to find out.
