The biggest gripe about Chronicles of Riddick was that it was a far departure from Pitch Black, the movie that first introduced us to the badass antihero known as Riddick. Universal Pictures, along with star and producer Vin Diesel finally got the memo and look to bring the series back to its darker tone with Riddick. And judging by the latest trailer released by the film studio, the threequel is looking more like a true sequel to the cult sci-fi classic.
