Sledgehammer Games is certainly building hype for their new installment in the Call of Duty franchise, and today was no different. Lead Multiplayer Designer, Greg Reisdorf, has shared the first details of this new game mode called Momentum.
Based off the highly popular World At War game mode “war”, Momentum places 5 control points all in a linear pattern that allows for straight forward action gameplay that forces teams to clash in a battle to push back control points at all costs. The more points you hold, the greater your momentum becomes and allows for you to generate points faster than the opponent as well as grants you the ability to capture the points themselves faster.
You are going to want to catch IGN’s reveal trailer for Momentum and stay tuned for more Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare news as the November 3rd release date nears. Hopefully you were all fans of World At War!
