Mobile ad network Jumptap broke down the smartphone logistics and has Google’s Android platform as the mobile OS leader in the US. While the Android and iOS systems seem to be favored by region, we find it more shocking that seven states actually prefer the slowly fading BlackBerry OS. As of June, Android has a 5 percent lead over Apple in the market with 38 percent, but Jumptap also notes that iOS devices have the higher ad click-through rate. Google’s killing it right now.
