A Maserati supercar is a thing of beauty. German Auto-tuning specialists Novitec Tridente found a way to make the automaker’s latest speedster more stunning, introducing its own updated version of the Maserati GranCabrio MC. What’s changed? For one, it features a new supercharger mounted atop of its 4.7 V8 engine to enhance power output up to 646 horsepower. This alone helps push the GranCarbio MC to a top speed of 305km/h and acceleration rates of 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds. Expect to hit 0-200 km/h in 11.4 seconds. Novitec tops off the supercar with a new supercharger that is “cooled by a water-cooled intercooler with two heat exchangers” and “driven the engine mechanically.” How’s that for a tune-up?
