Mad Catz Announces Pricing and Release Date for M.O.J.O. Android Console

If you haven’t heard by now, the fightstick staple known as Mad Catz has jumped into the console market—unveiling its latest Android-powered system dubbed the M.O.J.O. this past E3. The company’s just announced pricing and an official launch date for the micro-console.

According to its press release, the MO.J.O. will be be available December 10th in limited quantities with a price value of $250. Read a portion of Mad Catz’s press release below to gather the rest of the deets:

Micro-Console for Android has attracted strong interest due to its high-performance hardware, open software platform and the ecosystem of accessories,” said Darren Richardson, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. “M.O.J.O. is the center piece of our GameSmart™ mobile initiative and brings core gaming experiences to the mobile platform.”

Confirmed specifications for M.O.J.O. include an NVIDIA® Tegra®4 T40S 1.8GHz Processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, HDMI out capabilities with full 1080p resolution, Bluetooth, microSD™ Flash Slot with support for SDXC™ Cards up to 128GB, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and the Android 4.2.2 operating system”.
