Remember two weeks back when all of Hollywood and the media was pushing Lindsay Lohan’s comeback after her surprising hosting gig on SNL? Well, it only took a matter of time before the former teen star F’d that up. Lohan had left a club in Tinseltown in her Porsche, but was apparently trapped near the the parking lot exit amongst a group of people, which forced the driver to maneuver around the crowd and hit a man in the process.
Even though the car and the pedestrian didn’t sustain any damage or injuries, it’s been reported that the Porsche speeded off without Lohan checking to see if the gentleman was fine. The LAPD says it doesn’t consider the stunt a hit-and-run and criminal defense attorney Dmitry Gorin claims the police can only probe Lohan if the victim files a complaint to the department.
The LA Times claims the star’s probation could be threatened by the hit. Considering Lohan’s horrendous driving record, that Porsche must have been through hell already. This chick needs her P.O. attached to the passenger’s side when she’s behind the wheel.
