Somewhere in the Samsung group is someone who took too much from “but it is a gateway drug” statement. The Galaxy Alpha was the first to have a sturdy metal frame, and the as-yet-unannounced and unconfirmed Galaxy Note 4 is rumored to possibly offer a similar frame.
Though according to G for Games via Sina.com, the Samsung Galaxy S6 could be the last step in a path toward a more complete premium design. The newest flagship for the Samsung line is expected to set sail in 2015. Too soon to really place much expectation, and with ultra-budget conscious king Xiomi also looking to get in to the metal frame phone game, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
Should Apple or HTC break a sweat? We’ll find out, that is if the rumor holds true, which judging by Samsung’s track record, probably wont.
