Set to boast a mid-engine layout and all-wheel drive, the Honda S2000 is being resurrected over a decade later and going into production with a 2017 release in the works. We can expect the vehicle to feature some form of hybrid technology, which is being developed in conjunction with McLaren Formula One, along with 350-hp output from a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine. Fuel economy will supposedly be around 40 mpg.

The classic sports car was originally launched from 1999 to 2009 and considered one of the best rear-wheel drive roadsters to hit the market. Analysts believe it will run for a lower price tag than the upcoming NSX ($160,000.), somewhere around the $60,000 range.
