Seems like every tablet manufacturer has chosen to downsize its 10-inch offerings in favor of the 7-inch portion, and Toshiba’s no exception. The tech giant has made some huge promises concerning next week’s Consumer Electronics Show, saying it’ll introduce the “world’s thinnest and lightest” 10.1-inch tablet. But NotebookItalia has beat Toshiba to the punch and leaked a few screens of its 7-inch and 10.1-inch tablets: the former expected to be a cost-efficient Android option featuring an 1024 x 600 display, Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microSD, and microUBS connectivity. Seeing how Amazon’s Kindle Fire is running the market for budget-breaking tablets at $200, we’re curious to where Toshiba’s 7-inch tab will range at. Hopefully below Samsung’s 7-inch Galaxy Tab ($340). Guess we’ll find out next week, huh.
