In Conclusion…
Was BioShock Infinite worth the wait? Absolutely. Lead designer Ken Levine has done an outstanding job with the title. Visuals are stunning and the gameplay is remarkable. FPS fans might question the developer’s logic of passing on multiplayer, but the game doesn’t need it. At a time where great games are being force feed multiplayer modes, we’re glad to see 2K Games played it smart and focused more on the single player experience. Even with the massive number of delays, BioShock Infinite stands as the frontrunner for 2013 “Game of the Year,” along with every other major gaming award.
