In celebration of the Beats By Dre/Staple Design partnership, the Beats Store in Soho, NY, hosted a launch party for the company’s newest limited edition Studio headphones.
Urban design icon and collaborator Jeff Staple (@JeffStaple) made his way through the crowd showing off the super-rare bass blasters, while chopping it up with hip-hop greats like Bun B (@BunBTrillOG) and DJ Clark Kent (@DJClarkKent). Staple’s visual communications agency, Staple Design, worked closely with the headphone juggernaut to produce the exclusive pair, which pays tribute to New York City in Staple fashion–featuring the designer’s synonymous pigeon logo on the side. That bird shit stain on the band is ingenius.
The Beats By Dre Staple Design L.E. Studio headphones go on sale today, but be warned–only 500 units will be available for purchase. Here’s an up-close look of the Studios and event below.
