Set to release on January 13, the newest DLC for Assassin’s Creed Unity known as Dead Kings is sure to get players spending their well-earned money. This new downloadable content takes players into the tombs of French leaders past to reveal a dark secret about them, as well as explore their tomb to find their lost treasures.
Ubisoft has come out to state that the DLC will give players some new missions, a new area to explore as well as a brand new weapon, the Guillotine Gun. Starting within the next week, players who own the Xbox One, PS4, or PC versions of the game will be able to download it free of charge, though after that is unclear. Other than these details, nothing else has been revealed including a possible price if any, though it will most likely remain free which is a step in the right direction for Ubisoft.
Overall this DLC definitely seems like it will be one that makes the Assassin’s Creed franchise even more popular than it already is.
